Another fun filled week, and I have to say I think my kids are just adorable! Have fun reading :)
Oh and p.s. the mother's day video will be getting to you a little late this year (mother's day just happens to fall right in the middle of finals) we will keep you posted on it, and hopefully we will get it to you soon :) Love you!!!
Gordon:
We might possibly be moving into our friends 3 bedroom apt. I was over there with a measuring tape the other day getting a few measurments down. When we came home Gordon decided that he was going to measure everything in our house. As he was measuring he was repeating things over and over again, then I realized he was coping me :) I would measure and repeat over and over again the number until I wrote it down. He will be a great assistant when we move and redecorate :)
Whenever I do the laundry Gordon has to help. He first helps me separate the colors from the whites and his favorite is to put the "moneys" in the machines. Hopefully when we someday get our own washer and dryer and there is no coins to put in he will still like to help :)
Gordons diet does not have a ton of variety or a ton of nutritional value so I got some vitamins for him. They are like fruit snacks...and they are shaped like cars. The first day was a challenge to explain he only gets two a day especially when he looked up at me with his beautiful blue eyes and said "mor peeze, mor peeze"
As we all know Gordon is/was a super drooler. Taylor said to him the other day, "remember to swallow" and Gordon quickly wiped his mouth and swallowed. The day has finally arrived!
We were out at the park the other day and a friend brought down a couple of sun hats for me to borrow for Ella. Gordon wanted in on the fun so he decided to wear one. It was a little snug and seer sucker pink. He wore it the whole time we were a the park :)
He has not been a fan of the tub lately...so I have been trying many different things to get him clean. And the other day he agreed to soap up if he could do it in the sink. And our sink is getting a little small for Ella...
Yesterday Gordon came in and was saying "help peeze, help peeze" over and over again. He then pointed to the back of his neck. He needed a good scratch.
Gordon had the tennis balls out the other day and was rolling them all around the house. Then he ran over into the kitchen and came back with a large serving spoon and used it as a golf club. It has become a new favorite. We even got the laundry bin out for aiming practice.
Today he went to a birthday party. There was a mini trampoline there. What a wonderful new discovery that was for him today. I wish I could send you the expression he had on his face :)
Ella:
I pulled out the floor mat for her this week. She loves it! Almost as much as Gordon. Whenever it is out they are both playing with it :)
Every time I look at her I swear her eye lashing are getting longer. She becomes more beautiful each day.
I have officially decided that the costco size 1-2 diapers are black listed...we have had many blow-outs this week. There is just not enough coverage.
Today she wore pick flowered jeans that had little ruffles on the back. Babies bums are already so cute, but stick some ruffles on there and they are adorable!
Every time I take her out of the bjorn I have a nice big wet spot on my shirt from her many licks of love :)
WE LOVE YOU, HOPE ALL IS WELL!
