Well this week has been a little crazy..so there are not as many this week, but I hope it is enough to get you through to next week :)
Love you very much!!
Gordon:
Note-Gordon doesn't like the green marshmallows from the mini-multi color pack. I gave him a bowl and he came back a few min later with only green ones in the bowl saying "yuk"
We have our snacks up in a high cupboard and I guess I was busy when Gordon wanted a snack, because when I found him he had taken one of our garbage cans turned it upside down to use it as a stool to get the snack he was eying. Don't really know how he figured that out, but now he has figured out that he can get pretty much whatever he wants out of the cupboards or off the top of the entertainment center.
This week I was trying to get Gordon to go to bed and he wasn't agreeing. Our rule is he gets his pacifier when it is time to sleep and if he comes out we take it away....well since he was not wanting to take a nap he slid the pacifier through the crack at the bottom of the door as a bargaining tool.
Ella has a pair of pink flip flops that she will grow into in a few months. Well Gordon found them yesterday and had to wear them! A man who is not afraid of PINK :)
Ella had a flower in her hair the other day and Gordon went over to her to say hello and then quickly took the flower off of her head put it on his and ran around the house. What a tease
Gordon is getting very good at repeating what we say. I was counting something and he counted right along with me up to 6! Awesome!
Ella:
She is going to be our social butterfly. Even if she is in the worst mood if you sit down and look right into her beautiful eyes and talk to her she can not resist. She smiles and talks back. And she does this with anyone. For example, I was at the super market and she was ready to be done. A worker came over and started to talk to her and she perked right up, nothing but smiles.
She is growing so fast! She is already in her 6 month clothes.
She loves her big brother! Whenever Gordon is close to her she just stares at him with a big smile on her face.
I love being a mom of these two wonderful children!
