More stories to brighten up your day! Love you all!!!
Gordon was in his room for some "chill out time" and he wanted to come out and get his blanket. So he came out of the room covering his eyes...thinking that if he couldn't see us we couldn't see him. He came out slowly and got his blanket and slowly made his way back to the bedroom, with his eyes covered the whole time. Both Taylor and I couldn't help but laugh.

We went to the driving range as a family the other night. Gordon really got into the whole idea. He watched grandpa Earl hit a few and then when Taylor was ready Gordon got the tee and ball out and ready for him. All by himself. What a smart kid. The tee quickly became his favorite thing. Taylor might need to get some more before his next time golfing.

Gordon was helping me do the dishes (basically playing in the soap suds) and all of the sudden he stopped and looked up at me with a face full of foam and said "YUCK".
Ella has started taking the paci just about every time she goes down for a nap. It is fabulous! There are pros and cons to the paci...but for now all I see are the pros :)

Essie, our niece, was over the other day and she can always get Ella to laugh. And this visit was no exception. She was giggling a ton, one of my most favorite sounds!
I went to lay Ella down for a nap and when I came back up stairs I found Gordon running around the house nude. Not even a diaper. My first thought was 'I hope he didn't go somewhere in the house'. I asked him "did you go pee pee on the floor?" He looked at me with a big smile on his face, "YES". So then I asked him to show me. He ran into the other room and pointed to a very full diaper laying on the ground. I let out a sigh of relief that it was all contained in the diaper :)

This morning Gordon was dipping his toast into his water. I said is that yucky do you like it? And he looked at me with a face that matched mine (a that is yucky face) and paused....and said 'its yum!' I just laughed. I am glad that he is not persuaded, he likes what he likes. :)
As I am finishing writing this I can hear Ella on the monitor, she is just cooing and making fun noises. I love that she wakes up so happy in the morning!
