1/1/10

Sorry I have missed a week....being on vacation always throws me off a bit. And I had a good amount written down from last week and I lost the list....bummer!
We love you all and hope you had a great Christmas and a fun and Happy New Years.

Ella is very into Princesses! Taylor has been working on Alison and Jorgan's reception video. Ella was watching and said "Princess" She wanted to keep watching the "Princess" (Alison in her wedding dress).

Eden is our smiler. There is no time of day that you can't get that girl to smile at you. Her beautiful eyes light up every time she smiles.

When it is time for bed Ella naturally starts to cry and say she doesn't want to go to bed. She will say "I awake, I awake" Then we will ask her to say good night to Gordon or Daddy. She will be putting up a fuss then then instantly gets stops to say "nite nite" with a big smile. It is hilarious to watch!

Gordon came out of his room this morning holding he nose looking a bit confused. Then he looked at me and said, "I have crumbs on my nose" (dried boogies)

Some of Gordon's new favorite phrases whenever we ask him to stop doing something are "mom/dad it's okay" or "it's alright" . It was cute the first few times and now we are trying to explain that it is not always 'alright' just because he says so.

We were driving in the car the other night and Taylor and I were talking to each other. In the back seat we hear Gordon saying, "ouch, ouch, ouch" over and over again. I looked back to see what was going on. Gordon was repeatedly putting his finger up nose as far as he could get it to go.

On that same trip in the car Ella got into the caroling we were doing. Ella started singing "oh christmas tree". But not the whole song. Just the words "Oh Christmas Tree" over and over and over and over..... It has become one of her new favorite Christmas carols.

Ella's "Linus blanket" as of late is a wipe-e. She wants to carry one all around the house :)

We went to a Christmas party the other night and we were making our way out. Gordon and Taylor we heading out the door a little ahead of me and Gordon yells from the doorway. "Hurry up Mom or we are gonna leave you!" Apparently we say that to him more than we would like to admit :)

Eden is so close to rolling over! She is really growing up so fast.

The other day Gordon came in and was talking to Eden and said with a drawn out voice "Edenor". It was adorable :)

We love you all. Hope you enjoyed the holidays. We feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family. Thanks for your love and support!
