I must say that I don't have exciting stories, just the regular everyday happenings...but I still think they are adorable!


On Sunday I peeked through the window at Gordon in Nursery. He had gotten a stuffed animal and was making it talk to other kids and then making it tickle them. This is one of our favorite things to do with Gordon. I guess he has so much fun that he wanted to do it for his friends :)

A new toy was discovered this week. The city road mat for the toy cars. Gordon would play with it all day. It is the prefect toy for him! :)

We were playing up in the tree house and Gordon looked out the window and saw Grandma Earl carrying bags in. He quickly said, "oh, help" and he ran down the tree house steps and out the front door to go and help grandma carrying in the groceries. He really is a good helper all of the time, I love it! And how sweet that he stopped playing to run out to help his grandma.

We still have not figured out why but Gordon calls Mickey Mouse "guy".

Ella was getting a little fussy and Gordon was just playing with his cars like normal. Then out of the blue Gordon ran out of the room. I didn't think much of it. A couple of min. later he came running in with a teething toy for Ella. He ran right up to her and gave her the toy and said "here". What a sweet brother trying to get her to stop fussing :)

We swam again this week and it seems like every time we go Gordon gets more and more independent. He is starting to get the feel of swimming without clinging on to me. And this week he really got into jumping in from off the edge. He is our little fish.

Ella loves looking in mirrors! I don't think she has figured out that it is herself, just that it is a very cute smiley little girl looking back at her. She is precious!

Taylor did the "circus routine" (this is were Taylor holds his hand out while Ella stands on it and he balances her-like you would do with a baseball bat) with her this week for the first time. And she made it through the whole song! She stiffened right up like a natural. But every other time since then when Taylor tries she is gummbie legs :)
